Skincare Review – Bioderma Atoderm Line

When referring to skincare, we often forget to include our bodies. I have made a significant effort this past year to invest more time in caring for my body. I still haven’t managed to successfully moisturize all areas of the body daily, but I am doing my best! I did get the chance to test every single of the aforementioned products from Bioderma’s Atoderm line. Bioderma is a brand that I hold close to my heart because it reminds me of home (Europe, Greece, Athens, all of it). Let’s do a little overview of all the products.

Bioderma Atoderm Shower Oil

I am obsessed with this shower oil! Not only is the packaging amazing and comes with a pump, but it’s also so nourishing and hydrating for the body. It has a very lightweight scent that’s almost undetectable, which I love. It lathers up nicely, but not intensely and it leaves a beautiful sheen on my skin after the shower. I love using this to shave my legs, it’s the best closest shave. All in all, this has been my favorite body cleansing product. I love shower oils and I’ve tried L’Occitane, Kiehl’s, Jo Malone, amongst others, and this by far is what I’m coming back to again and again. This is my second bottle. I think I’m upgrading to the 500ml soon.

Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Gel Moussant

What a lovely surprise with this product. It’s absolutely amazing that it is fragrance-free! I actually needed something fragrance-free for my underarms, as they get irritated by fragranced products a lot and this gives them a break and lets them be soothed. This ultra-rich gel respects the skin barrier and provides a nice layer of hydration while it cleanses the skin without stripping away what’s important. This is also soap-free. I have the size that comes in the tube and would love to upgrade to the one with the pump just for the ease of dispensing. However, I think I’m going to find this very useful when it comes to traveling.

Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Baume

A beautiful, rich, fragrance-free balm that envelopes the skin with such nourishing properties and leaves it with a glow! I can’t recommend this enough. The price point is so worth it too! The brand claims the balm is dermostrengthening and it’s appropriate for very dry, irritated skin. It’s also anti-itching. There are two sizes available, one in a squeeze tube and one with a pump.

Bioderma Atoderm Hand Cream

I usually like my hand creams to have a scent. Specifically a musky, deep scent that’s earthy and warm. This one has a clean almost undetectable scent, and it’s so unbelievably lightweight and dry to the touch, yet amazingly hydrating and nourishing. I use this every single night before I fall asleep. My hands and cuticles have never look or felt better! I need one on my nightstand at all times. BRB ordering my back-up because these things sell out fast!

Bioderma Atoderm Baume Levres

A simple yet so effective lip balm. So quick with the built-in applicator, and it goes on smooth and blends right into the lips. I also love to have this next to me and apply a good layer before bed. It makes all the difference in the world in the morning! Such a staple.

Bioderma Atoderm Levres

Basically the lip balm version in a stick form. This is the only stick balm that works for my lips without giving me that “scratchy” feeling when I apply it. It immediately smooths the cracks and chapped areas and sinks right away. It has a little bit of fragrance which is nice and feels good when I use it first thing in the AM. Very user-friendly packaging as well.
